 Please bring old clothes - as everything could get wet and muddy (and probably will).

COMPLETE UNIFORM - (to be worn when travelling)

COAT HANGER

A BACK PACK OR SMALL RUCKSACK/DAY SACK (required for hike or any trips off-site - as all the under noted won't go in it - a large hold-all or preferably rucksack will be needed for the rest!) 

JACKET OR ANORAK

WARM SLEEPING BAG  (+ blanket if necessary) 

ROLL MAT

PAJAMAS OR SLEEPING GEAR

WATERPROOFS (trousers and jacket)

warm sweaters (x 3)

t - shirts or similar (x 3)

trousers/track suit bottoms (x 3)  (no jean and nylon type materials)

underclothes (x 3)

socks (6 pairs minimum)

scarf, hat OR CAP and gloves

hiking boots  OR Wellingtons (BOTH IF YOU HAVE THEM)

trainers (x 2) (1 on and 1 old pair for wet use)

personal washing KIT (INCLUDING SOAP)

towel

DISH TOWEL

torch and spare batteries

KNIFE, FORK SPOON AND TEASPOON

UNBREAKABLE CEREAL BOWL, PLATE AND MUG

bin bag (for wet clothing)

INSECT REPELLENT

SPENDING MONEY - MAX £

 PLEASE ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE MARKED WITH NAME or INITIALS - INCLUDING UNIFORM ITEMS.

Please do not bring pocket knives, cameras, radios or personal stereos. Shell suit material is not allowed due to increased fire risk.  Jeans hold water, become heavy, take too long to dry and are unsuitable - particularly for hiking. 

All activities will be run in accordance with the Scout Association’s safety rules.  No responsibility for personal equipment, clothing and effects can be accepted by the Camp Organiser's and the Scout Association does not provide insurance cover in respect of such items.
